Open Question: Fantasy Football Question?

Well I have a RB, and WR Dilemma that I need help with: My RB's that I have are: Adrian Peterson (MIN) vs. Jacksonville Ryan Grant (GB) vs. New Orleans-Monday Night Willie Parker (PIT) vs. Cincinnati-Thursday Night Peyton Hillis vs. Oakland and Warrick Dunn vs. Detroit Out of these 5 which 2 should I start? This is in a 16-team league. Also for my WR's I have: Marques Colston vs. Green Bay on Monday Night Calvin Johnson vs. Tampa Bay Lee Evans vs. Kansas City and Eddie Royal vs. Oakland (In my league we get 1 point for every 10 return yards, so I am starting Royal.)
